Garage Door Website Rebuild Terms

Effective: August 1, 2026. A project-specific signed service agreement controls if it differs from this page.

Project and payment

Garage Door Essentials is $1,497: the customer pays $749 to reserve the start and begin production, then $748 after approving the mobile homepage direction and before the remaining pages are completed. The 21-Day Call-Ready Rebuild is $4,500: the customer pays $2,250 at kickoff, and the remaining $2,250 is due after pre-launch approval and before domain cutover. Both websites require the Core Website & Lead Hub at $149 per month (or $1,490 annually) beginning at launch. The Growth Automation System is an optional addition of $200 per month, for a total of $349 per month with Core (or $3,490 annually including Core); metered communication usage is billed separately. Extra work requires written scope and price approval.

Delivery timing

Essentials targets launch within 10 business days and the Rebuild within 21 days. In both cases the delivery clock begins after the agreement (where applicable), payment, completed intake, and required launch assets are received. Customer-caused delays pause the clock.

On the Rebuild: If we miss the agreed launch date for reasons we control, you receive a $500 project credit. The credit is the sole schedule remedy for a qualifying provider-controlled delay unless the signed agreement states otherwise.

Scope and revisions

Essentials includes up to 5 launch pages and 1 consolidated revision round. The Rebuild includes up to 15 launch pages and 2 revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes submitted through the agreed review process. New features, new pages, replacement creative direction after approval, and unscoped integrations may require a change order.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate company information, timely access, required brand and project assets, one authorized decision-maker, legal rights to supplied material, and consolidated approvals. Delays in these responsibilities pause the delivery schedule.

Approval and launch

Homepage direction is approved before the remaining pages are completed. Pre-launch approval confirms the site is ready for cutover subject to final technical checks and payment. Garage Door Websites coordinates launch after final payment.

Correction support and Website Care

Essentials includes 14 days and the Rebuild 30 days of post-launch correction support for defects or scoped items that do not match the approved build. The Core Website & Lead Hub begins at launch at $149 per month and is month to month unless the annual option is selected. It covers the services listed on the offer page; unused routine-edit time does not roll forward.

August founding-customer Growth experience

The first 6 qualified customers with paid August website starts may use Growth at the Core price of $149 per month for the first 60 active days. The active-day clock begins only after the applicable workflows are configured, tested, and published. Metered communication and third-party usage remains separate. Before the experience ends, the customer must explicitly select Core at $149 per month or Growth at $349 per month. Garage Door Websites will not automatically charge the higher Growth price. Any written extension is discretionary and does not change the standard prices.

Ownership and handoff

After final payment, the customer owns the domain, approved site content, and project source files, excluding third-party licenses and pre-existing tools or reusable systems. On cancellation of Website Care, Garage Door Websites will provide a reasonable source handoff and cooperate with migration after outstanding balances are paid.

No market-outcome guarantee

Garage Door Websites does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, revenue, or advertising performance. Search and commercial outcomes depend on competition, reputation, market conditions, operations, media, and other factors outside the website project.

Cancellation

The kickoff deposit reserves capacity and becomes non-refundable once planning or production begins, except as required by law or stated in the signed agreement. If the customer cancels after work begins, completed work and committed costs are due. Website Care may be canceled before the next monthly renewal.

Limitation and governing agreement

Liability, confidentiality, intellectual-property warranties, dispute procedures, and other legal terms are defined in the signed project agreement. The project-specific agreement controls over website marketing copy or these summary terms.

Questions about a project-specific term should be resolved in writing before the agreement is signed or a deposit is paid.
