Garage Door Website & Search Care
$299/month. No upfront build fee. Month to month. Offer version: gdw-oct-2026-299-v1. Introduced September 29, 2026 for our October launch. There is no automatic October expiration or November price change. Existing customers retain their agreements.
Preview, scope and payment
A private preview, usually a tailored homepage, is free to review with no purchase obligation. Before production, we agree the exact scope, recurring terms, delivery schedule and payment authorization in writing. Your first charge is at approved launch after launch checks pass. Applicable tax is disclosed at purchase. No public checkout or deposit is needed to request a preview.
The standard build covers one company, brand, operating location and principal service market; up to eight substantive agreed pages; writing based on verified facts and authorized assets; one design direction and one consolidated revision round. Privacy and thank-you utility pages do not use the eight-page allowance. You supply accurate business facts, authorized materials, required access and an approval contact. We confirm a supported launch date after the required inputs and scope are complete.
Launch search work and migration
Included: service and local-market research; a page/query map; useful copy, page titles, descriptions, headings and internal links; appropriate factual structured data; and sitemap, indexability, canonical, mobile and contact-path checks. This launch work does not use recurring allowances.
We inventory your existing pages, search footprint and integrations before confirming the standard scope. Up to 30 straightforward redirects from one existing domain to relevant agreed destinations are included. This is not a promise to reconstruct 30 content pages. Useful content and URLs must be preserved; larger preservation requirements, extra operating locations and complex integrations are quoted before commitment.
We connect or set up owner-accessible GA4 and Search Console, record a dated baseline, check form and phone-link events, and track up to 20 keyword/location combinations in one agreed primary search location and device view. Phone taps are not answered calls. At launch, we check an existing Google Business Profile’s website link and consistency with the site, making straightforward accurate corrections when access and authorization are available.
Monthly care and human review
Hosting, security, backups, uptime and contact-path checks, ordinary maintenance and a named responsible contact are included. A person reviews available health, search and inquiry information each month. Your brief note describes completed work, relevant progress, the next priority and remaining quarterly plan. Review, reporting and routine monitoring are outside the implementation allowances.
We correct defects caused by Garage Door Websites without an additional project fee or deduction from either allowance.
Two separate allowances
Routine owner updates: up to 30 minutes each paid month for small changes to existing text, photos, hours, offers or contact details. Unused time does not roll over. We do not charge proactive SEO work to this allowance.
Proactive on-site SEO: up to 90 minutes per three-paid-month service quarter for task-specific research, implementation and verification. Each service quarter covers three paid monthly periods from your first paid launch. All 90 minutes are available at the start; you do not commit to three months. Subsequent quarters follow the same three-paid-month sequence.
Unused time expires at quarter end, has no cash value and is not refunded. Using it early creates no cancellation debt. Cancellation still takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period. There is no obligation to prepay or complete a quarter.
Our delay: Agreed work we fail to schedule survives expiry and is completed without using the next quarter’s allowance. We document customer-requested delays or missing inputs and agree a revised schedule. A provider delay cannot erase an agreed commitment.
We can group implementation around the most useful priority. We do not promise a new page or a change every month. A new service or town page may use the allowance only if the complete, useful task fits. Otherwise, we agree added scope and cost first. The monthly note explains when work is waiting for useful data or business facts.
Ownership, cancellation and a usable handoff
You control your domain, supplied materials, approved business content and inquiry data. After the first paid launch, you receive perpetual use and portability of the delivered site. Garage Door Websites may retain rights to reusable components without preventing you from running your delivered copy.
Cancel by emailing sales@garagedoorwebsites.com before the next monthly renewal. Service ends at the end of your paid monthly period. There is no minimum term, hidden buyout, remaining build balance or cancellation penalty.
We supply the usable built site, source, permitted assets, your data and handoff instructions without a build or exit fee. Hosting ends with the paid period. Your next host or provider is your choice and expense. Managed forms, CRM/lead inbox, monitoring and any nontransferable licenses need replacement services; we identify these before purchase and explain the handoff. Domain registration and renewal remain your expense.
Separate services and honest expectations
Ongoing Google Business Profile management, review/citation/link campaigns, advertising and spend, regular new-page/article programs, extra locations, large migrations, complex integrations, major redesigns, unlimited updates, AI answering and SMS are separate. Number rental, call recording and answered-call attribution are not included in ordinary event tracking. Additional work requires agreed scope and cost; there are no automatic overage charges.
We do not guarantee rankings, a ranking deadline, traffic, calls, jobs or revenue. Search tools and first-party data help us choose and check useful work; a tool score is not a promised business result.
The $1,497 build plus $149/month care and $4,500 project are separate purchase arrangements with their own scope. They do not automatically include this SEO allowance. The $299 service does not require an additional $149 care charge and does not automatically downgrade or increase later.
Your written agreement records the agreed pages, access, managed dependencies, recurring authorization and delivery details for this offer version. Resolve any difference before you authorize production.
