What you're buying

The "Garage Door Company Website" is a one-time $1,497 build of a website tailored to your shop. It includes mobile-first design, click-to-call, service-area pages, contact form, starter SEO, domain setup, launch coordination, and two rounds of revisions, as listed on the home page.

Hosting, maintenance, and site security are billed separately starting on launch day. Two tiers: Hosting Basic at $49.95/month, or Hosting Plus at $99/month (which adds a monthly site health and analytics report, security package, 1 hour of content edits per month, and 1 free business email mailbox at your domain). Billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Starter SEO, what's included

"Starter SEO" includes: meta titles and descriptions on every page, heading hierarchy, schema markup (LocalBusiness/Service), internal linking, an XML sitemap, and basic Google Business Profile sync. It does not include keyword research, external link building, monthly content updates, or local citation building. The optional Full SEO Optimization add-on ($497 at checkout) covers those.

Add-ons

Optional checkout add-ons:

• Priority Build ($499): cuts delivery from 14 days to 7 days. Slot is confirmed at intake.
• Google Business Profile pro setup ($199): photos, services, hours, posting schedule.
• Full SEO Optimization ($497, normally $997, only at order time): keyword research, on-page tweaks, schema, citation building.
• Business email setup ($147 one-time, $14.95/month per mailbox): Google Workspace configured on your domain, MX records, mailboxes, signature templates. One mailbox is included free with Hosting Plus.

Add-ons are one-time charges, billed at checkout. They are not refundable once work has started.

Delivery

We commit to launching your site within 14 days of receiving your completed intake form (or 7 days if you select the Priority Build add-on). Delays caused by missing intake information, photo uploads, or unanswered revision requests pause the timer.

Revisions — defined

A "round of revisions" is a single batch of change requests delivered to us in writing (one email or one form submission). Each batch is one round. We complete one round within 3 business days. Round 1 happens before launch (typically days 8–13). Round 2 happens within 30 days of launch. Two rounds are included with every build. Additional revisions after Round 2 are billed at $97/hr in 30-minute increments.

Cancellation and ownership

You may cancel hosting at any time. The website files and content are yours. We do not hold your domain or content. On cancellation, you receive within 14 days:

1. All source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, content)
2. A database export if your site has dynamic content
3. Instructions to transfer your domain to another host
4. All photos and content you uploaded during intake

You'll have 30 days from hand-off to migrate before we delete our copy of the site.

Refunds — 30-day delivery guarantee

The $1,497 build fee is non-refundable once we have started building (typically within 24 hours of intake submission). However: if we fail to deliver a working site within 30 days of a completed intake form, you may request a full refund. No back-and-forth, no proration.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party fees. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
