Privacy policy

This is a plain-English boilerplate privacy policy. It is not legal advice. Please review with a lawyer before relying on it for production.

What we collect

When you order a site, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shop name. When you fill out the intake form, we also collect your business address, services, service area, brand colors, logo, and uploaded photos. We use that information to build your site.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Third-party services we use

To run the order flow, the discovery-call calendar, and the build-intake form, we use a third-party customer-management platform. Information you submit through those forms (your name, email, phone, shop details, photos, etc.) is stored on that platform under their terms and privacy policy. We use this data only to build and support your site.

Email and SMS

You can opt out of marketing emails and SMS at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional messages — order confirmations, intake reminders, build progress updates, billing receipts — continue regardless of marketing preferences. They're required for us to deliver the service you bought.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic. It is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

We retain order and intake data for as long as we host your site, and for 12 months after cancellation for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
