When you order a site, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shop name. When you fill out the intake form, we also collect your business address, services, service area, brand colors, logo, and uploaded photos. We use that information to build your site.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Email and SMS

If you opt in to email or SMS updates, we may send you order updates, build progress notifications, and occasional product news. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We retain order and intake data for as long as we host your site, and for 12 months after cancellation for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
